SHIPPING POLICY

At Buff Betty’s, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read through our shipping policy to understand our process and what to expect when placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our delivery zones in the future.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

    • Cost: $7.99 (or Free for orders over $50).

  • Express Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

    • Cost: $14.99.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $50.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery's progress.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an additional 2 business days before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur. If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, please reach out to us at buffbettysco@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing buffbettysco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
